Maximilian is the CEO of ZOOM Design Agency, where he works on business management as well as design and development.
He is the former head of the MZ design department and amongst others, has been working on the Moto2 world championship race bike for Anthony West, in the design and development as part of the GP racing and development team.
Besides this he has also been a successful editor at Fastbike magazine with his column IKONEN about good design in the accessory industry for over three years.
Maximilian has been supervising the industrial design final semester project at the University of Applied Sciences Coburg, Germany, as lecturer in 2014.

Markus is partner and designer at ZOOM Design Agency. His areas of responsibilities are business management, key account management, as well as design and development.
Markus is an experienced product designer with strong industry awareness. He is also an expert in the furniture and music instrument industry.
