PROJECT PLANNING
Clarity is our goal. At the beginning of every project we establish a project plan.
To date we have been defining and systemizing the design development process from first idea to the finished product.
We separate the development phases through interim milestones and define the working steps in between. This way we are able to provide quotes that are reliable in calculation and timeline.
PROJECT SYSTEM
Every project is internally given a number which is assigned to all the parts created in the process. Sketches, CAD data, documents, or model parts. All the elements are clearly assigned to one project.
Every component of every status is assigned a number so that one can track the project, assembly and date of creation. This number is only given a single time, to a single given part that makes all the parts absolutely unique and retraceable.
INTERMEDIATE RESULTS
We store, backup and protocol all the intermediate results and data that are created in the process.
In CAD, intermediate results stay available in our CAD data management system. If the situation arises, we are also able to continue working on a certain previous production step.
